The Biedenharn Team was great from start to finish! They treated us as tho we were family and led us to a quick sale.

These guys are awesome to work with! We contacted them and within 3 days they had our home on the market. They are very professional with a personal touch. We had an offer on the house within 5 days and a contract within the next week. James was able to help us work through some issues between the appraisal company and the buyer and we were able to both agree on a resolution with his assistance. During the negotiation process, James or his assistant would contact us , almost daily with updates. We never felt out of the loop or had to wonder what was going on with the contract. If I were able to give higher than 5 stars, I would definitely give them more. They go above and beyond and, as for me, I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with the team and would not hesitate to ask them to represent us again in the future.

Kelly found us a great house in our price range, even with the crazy market right now and also had all sorts of contacts for us to use (ie gutter company) that she trusts. I never felt that she was pressuring us into a sale and was very good with communication. Also, their assistant Lucy is absolutely amazing in helping keep everyone else on track for closing!!! These people are amazing!! My wife and I had a nightmare scenario play out with a title issue that involved 10 months of challenges, probably close to 100 emails/phone calls back and forth. We did not work directly with the Biedernharn Team, but bought a house recently from one of their clients. They were very professional and as we ran into issues while waiting for home sale funds on our end to pay them (unrelated to their sale), they were patient, accommodating, and helped us ask the right questions to assure both transactions were moving along. I do not think we would have been able to close on either sale without the professionalism and help of James and Lucy. Wow. This company is ridiculous. I am interested in a commercial lot for sale and I have both called and emailed multiple times over the last few months and NOBODY will reply to me!!! When your job is to sell property, how do you become so incompetent that you can't even reply to multiple inquiries from an interested buyer??!! Lot size and asking price are the super difficult questions I have asked...Very frustrated.

Living in the north Dallas area, and owning a rental property in Fort Worth can be stressful. When your renters get months behind and you are maintaining two mortgages on a single income, it can get a lot more stressful than most would care to deal with. Renee Kohler was my realtor and I knew everything about the transactions before she, If I wanted an update I had to call her, not very helpful. I even sent pictures to post because the ones she took were not very good. She never once showed the property to anyone, I'm happy another realtor got part of the cut. I'm sorry but I would not go with Renee again to sell a house. The only reason this review is not 1 star is because my house actually sold. Kelly and James are the best realtors in DFW, we have used them for 3 homes. Very professional, they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with either buying or selling. They are prompt in returning texts, email and phone calls. If they go out of town they even inform you and even give you a back up realtor to call if you need to speak with someone or want to schedule a showing. Extremely knowledgeable in the business and people you can trust to take care of you and your investment/home. They work hard to make sure you get want you are asking and look out for your best interest. Great Team!!! Will use them again for my next homes!

James and Kelly sold our home back in 2004. We absolutely fell in love with them. They were very personable and an extremely motivated team. Our home was sold in less than 60 days, and they were always prompt to meet with us and prospective buyers. The Biedenharn Team made selling our home seamless, but could've used some help having to move that heavy pool table out so quickly. Lol. I would absolutely recommend these folks.

I have used the Biedenharn Team several times over the last decade and will absolutely continue to use them for all of my realtor needs in the future. My first experience was more than 10 years ago when I relocated to Ft. Worth. Kelly came highly recommended and she helped me find my dream house on Eagle Mountain Lake (what I expected to be my retirement home!). It was a very difficult transaction (sellers were going through family issues -one of them really didn't really want to sell and continuously threw obstacles in our way even AFTER signing the contract). This was not my first home, and I thought I knew what to expect – unfortunately I was stunned at the challenges we faced. It would have been easy for any realtor to walk away, but Kelly knew it was "THE ONE" for me. She remained professional and patient which helped me through the process. If not for Kelly I may have walked away, but because of her dedication, I made it through the VERY lengthy process. Within a year of finally getting settled in, I was unexpectedly transferred out of state!! There was no way I could buy a home in my new locale and keep the lake house without renting it out. Knowing it was my dream house, Kelly and James helped me lease the home. It is a unique home with its' own personality and not easily leased, but that didn't slow them down - they were very creative in their approach which allowed me to keep my dream "retirement" home. I was out of state for several years - and several tenants. Thanks to the Biedenharns, I was able to keep my home. I was eventually transferred back to TX several years ago, but... Kelly and James had arranged such a good and "long term" lease, that I had to find yet another home. Kelly and James worked with me to understand exactly what I wanted, and despite me returning during a "sellers" market, they had patience (through several disappointments) until I found the house that I live in now, which is another perfect home for me. So far, they have helped me purchase two homes and found multiple tenants to lease the one that WILL ultimately become my retirement home. At some point, I want to update the home on the lake and will use them as my go-to team for that renovation as well as the listing agent for the house I currently live it. They make it so easy to navigate what can be a difficult process - I couldn’t recommend anyone else!!
